ACESCo (ASESKO) is specialized in engineering, construction, and project management.

Our diverse portfolio encompasses power generation, desalination, substations and overhead transmission lines.

We currently have projects in different locations all over Libya, from Derna & Soussa to Western Mountain.

We are a Joint Venture between General Electricity Company of Libya, GECOL, 51% and Egyptian Electricity Holding Company, EEHC, 49%. Head office in Tripoli, Libya. We have X active sites and around 200 employees.

ACESCo was established in April, 2003, as a joint stock company in conformity with the Libyan Investment Law Number 5, 1997.

The company is formed to be principally engaged in engineering, contract , project and construction management services for power generation and transmission projects.

The company capital investment is 3,000,000 USD, (3,464,800 LYD). The percentages of the total capitalization of the company is as follows:

1. General Electricity Company of Libya GECOL, 51%

2. Egyptian Electricity Holding Company EEHC, 49%
